TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

We partner with trusted third-party logistics service providers (“Logistic Partners”) to ship and deliver Products to you. The details of the assigned Logistic Partner will be shared once your Product is processed and handed over for dispatch.

Our standard dispatch timeline is within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time an order is successfully placed, unless otherwise specified.
You will receive an estimated delivery timeline on the order confirmation page.
Tracking details and dispatch updates will be shared via your registered email address and/or mobile number.

Although we primarily use Logistic Partners for delivery, MeeCy Lifesciences reserves the right to arrange direct delivery without involving third-party service providers if required.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charges applicable on the Platform are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: ₹49 for orders below ₹499

  • Free Delivery: For all orders above ₹499

  • Express Delivery (if available): Charges will be displayed at checkout based on location and service availability

  • Cash on Delivery (if offered): Additional COD fee may apply, displayed at checkout

  • Remote Area Charges (if applicable): Will be notified before order confirmation
